Michael Yuzefovich, MD

Dr. Michael Yuzefovich, known by his patients as “Dr. Mike,” is the founder of Millennium Gynecology. Located in the Mount Vernon area of Alexandria, Woodbridge, Oakton, and Tysons Corner, the medical practices serve women throughout Northern Virginia, in Arlington and Fairfax County, as well as the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Michael Yuzefovich M.D. is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and licensed to practice medicine and surgery in three states: Virginia, New York and Florida. Committed to advancing women’s health care further, Dr. Mike multitasks his expertise as a consultant, educator, and researcher, specializing in the health, safety and well being of women.

At George Washington University, Dr. Mike completed his residency, where today, he is a clinical professor there and at the Virginia Commonwealth University.

Dr. Michael Yuzefovich is the Medical Director of the Gynecology Department at Mount Vernon Hospital, where his position is to build a nationally recognized center of excellence in women’s health.

When Dr. Mike is not  busy practicing medicine, he is with his family, traveling abroad, flying airplanes, or listening to music.

Jacquelyn Katz, MSN, FNP

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Jacquelyn is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has earned induction into both Sigma Theta Tau National and Delta Epsilon Sigma National Scholastic Honor Societies. She is also a member of the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Jacquelyn comes to Millennium OBGYN, bringing experience in both women's health and primary care. Jacquelyn has worked as a maternal-neonatal nurse at Fairfax Hospital and earned numerous recognitions as one of their top performing clinicians. She represented Inova at the Working Women Magazine's Annual Working Life Congress Gala and became an Inova Edelman Institute for Nursing Excellence Scholarship Recipient.

Jacquelyn earned her BSN and MSN from Marymount University. She has a strong interest in breast disease, infertility, endometriosis and adolescent gynecology/pregnancy. "I believe in treating patients with compassion and respect, listening attentively and empowering them to make healthy decisions regarding their care."

Jacquelyn resides in Herndon, VA, enjoys traveling, being involved in her local community and being a mother to four beautiful children.

Millennium Gynecology manages all female related health conditions. We welcome all patients and participate with nearly every insurance carrier. Patients without health insurance or those with non-participating coverage will be granted financial assistance.
